The growth mindset grants freedom from failure to those who accept it. When you have a growth mindset you take on challenges and continue to learn despite the struggle. Growth mindset is a choice, will you make it?

Growth Mindset

Carol Dweck's growth mindset is a life-changing mantra for betterment. The growth mindset, as opposed to the fixed mindset, establishes a positive outlook on life that encourages failing forward and learning from your mistakes. The growth mindset encourages risk-taking and accepts failure as part of the learning process.

As an educator, it is important to model and use a growth mindset. We have to power to create change in our student's lives giving them the power of the growth mindset. Bringing this mindset into the classroom creates better learners and better people.
