In this video Benjamin Zander discusses classical music and its use of different notes to tell a story. Zander points to the fact that many of those who do not understand or like classical music may just not understand it or believe they are "tone deaf". However this is not the case. In the video Zander points to the fact that no one is in fact tone deaf as we all can hear the change in a persons attitude over the phone, the rumble of noises coming from our car in different gears, etc.

I found after watching this video and participating in Zander's "experiment" that I too was able to truly hear the music and what story was being told.
