COVA+CLSE = Success For All

I would say that coming into this program I had and maybe still struggle with a fixed mindset, what I never expected to happen was for a class to completely change the way I view my teaching, my own education, and my life in general. Throughout my first two courses discovering COVA, I found that this approach brought so many opportunities to help me challenge and change my thinking and also showed me how many ways there are to teach information rather than the standard book and test process. This is specifically the case when COVA is combined in a significant learning environment (CSLE). I would say the ADL/DLL program has 100% put me headfirst into the COVA method, in this program I am making my own choices, taking ownership of my learning, and sharing my voice all through an authentic experience.

I am living breathing and learning the COVA method and I think it's making me a better student and teacher in the process. I can't wait to learn more and continue to develop my own teaching practices to embrace the COVA+CLSE methods.
